It is with great enthusiasm that I am able to provide verification of the valuable community asset that exists with the Moore and Associates DOC program and the Birds of a Feather Program.
Every community has a sector of its population that has struggled with substance abuse issues, and the numbers have exploded through the years with the opiate crisis. The Kenosha community is fortunate to have an effective resource available for those battling such addictions in the aforementioned programs.
